Return Process

  Verify your items are eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery; non-perishable goods must be unopened, while perishable concerns must be reported immediately with photo evidence.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out a replacement within 3-5 business days.
